Classic Brownie with our own recipe rich Caramel Sauce cut through the Brownie, topped with Sea Salt. We sieve the Sea Salt and only use the larger chunks; the idea is rather than having a constant taste of salt, we much prefer the balance of caramel flavoured Brownie with explosions of Sea Salt. Be warned this Brownie is highly addictive!
Our Salted Caramel is best served slightly warm, with Frangelico infused Ice Cream, or Cinnamon Ice Cream.
